b. Cookies; to prepare cookies, you need to beat oil, brown sugar, one egg and vanilla in a large bowl. Use an electric beater. After 10 minutes, whisk flour, baking powder, baking powder and salt for taste should be added to the beaten mixture.
c. Spread the mixture on the cookies mould tray. Let this stand in the microwave oven. After this check the gelatin in water boiling for 20 seconds in the oven. It forms a jelly like pudding.
d. Assemble the Whoopie pies in order, and turn it upside down, slice it with cream and gelatin. Serve it cool, or hot as wished.
